"Hello Ebags: I would like to tell you how happy I am with the Ricardo bags I purchased. The bags surpassed the quality that I was expecting. I was also surprised to see that they came with locks and keys - a plus I did not expect for the price. Speaking of price, WHAT A DEAL! By the way, your customer service is excellent. The operators have been courteous and helpful. Also, I returned a bag (only because it was larger than I needed) and it was a no hassle process. I also appreciate the email confirmations that I receive.
